From the intersection of Main St & S Cimarron Ave in Boise City (intersection where the county courthouse is located), go 15 miles southwest on US-56E/412 Highway to auction location. Auc-tion will be on the south side of the highway. Watch for signs.

Description: This tract consists of 470.43 acres MOL. There are 197.90 acres in CRP until 9/30/2021, 118 acres on the north side and 80 acres on the south side of the property. The annual contract payment for the CRP is $6,539.00. This equates to $33.04/Acre. CRP payment is made around October 10th annually. CRP payment for 2019 will go to the buyer.
